If you’re in New York around December 15-17, 2006, stop by and check out 110 Spring Street. Nothing like a blank canvas to attract and inspire street artists. We’ve seen some great pieces on this building over the years, so swing by for the last throw down and check out Banksy, Dalek, Shepard Fairey, Futura and others. It’ll probably be just a matter of time before luxury lofts move into the spot on Spring/Bowery as well.
